Six new charges are being laid against Danilo Alcala, a personal support worker accused of sexually assaulting a 95-year-old man, police confirm.
Alcala was charged with one count of sexual assault last week and the additional charges, according to police, are based on new evidence brought forward by the victim’s family.
The charges include three counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual exploitation of a person with a disability.
